About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager on our core platform at Lithosquare. You will be at the intersection of product strategy, geology team requirements, and the development team who can bridge cutting-edge AI with practical geology. You will play a key role in defining the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, bootstrapping prototypes and driving execution.

You are a team-oriented individual with a passion for building impactful products. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and you bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to complex problems.

What you’ll do

• Define and maintain the product strategy & roadmap for a given area of the product suite in alignment with Lithosquare’s strategic goals.

• Collaborate with geologists to understand their needs and translate them into actionable and feasible product features.

• Lead product building from research to prototypes to viable product.

• Build prototypes to test ideas, gather feedback & validate product fit efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in product management or a similar role, ideally in the AI or geosciences industry.

• Strong communication and organizational skills enabling you to translate complex needs into clear and actionable product requirements.

• Technical skills to be able to autonomously design & test features (AI tools, agentic workflows, python, SQL, API)

• Passion for leveraging AI to make a positive environmental impact.

• Familiarity with geology or mineral exploration is a plus

• Fluent in English.
