About the job

As a Project Geologist at Lithosquare, you will be at the heart of our exploration engine - supporting all interpretation work, deploying our methodology across projects, and leading targeting and data compilation. This is a technical and cross-functional role: you will work closely with geologists, data scientists and AI engineers, and represent Lithosquare in front of partners. We are looking for someone with strong metallogeny and exploration foundations, and the drive to lead rigorous, high-quality geological work across a portfolio of exciting projects. The role is based in Paris. Please note that this role includes field trips as per project requirements.

What you'll do

• Support all geological interpretation work across Lithosquare's active project portfolio

• Deploy Lithosquare's exploration approach and methodology across projects

• Lead targeting, exploration strategy, and data compilation for assigned projects

• Lead data QAQC and ensure data quality and integrity across all exploration stages

• Represent Lithosquare in partnership meetings, workshops and technical reviews with partners

• Contribute to geology data interpretation to support targeting workflows

• Collaborate with the tech team to improve AI-assisted interpretation and targeting technology

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in mineral exploration geology

• Strong scientific background in metallogeny and regional/project-scale exploration

• Proven ability to lead targeting studies, data compilation, and QAQC programs

• Comfortable in partner-facing situations

• Structured and rigorous approach to data management and documentation

• Resource modeling experience is a plus
